Christopher, Christopher, Christopher part 2
Tonight we went out for pizza and we had icecream afterwards. Caleb had already finished his and asked Christopher for a bite of his and Christopher said, "Sure." Caleb tasted it and said, "Ew, I don't like it." Then Christopher said, "You get what you get. Don't throw a fit."
I can't imagine a 4 year old thought that up by himself so I'm guessing he probably got that from his teacher but still funny hearing him say it.:o)

Poor Dillon...
We had a playdate today with Zach and Dillon. I helped Dillon go potty and asked him to put his clothes back on. He came out with his underwear on so I told him to wait a minute while I finish getting the other boys some snacks and then I would help him put his shorts on. Well, determined, he went back in the bathroom and put them on himself. When I was watching them outside this is what I saw...
So I got a good chuckle out of that and then completely forgot about his pants being on backwards until we dropped them back off at home and were standing at Tracey's door. I reassured her I did not neglect him but not sure if she believed me:o)...we'll see if he's allowed back over again:o)

Christopher, Christopher, Christopher
For those of you who don't know Christopher that well he's got quite a mouth. He loves to talk and will talk to anyone who will listen...and if you don't want to listen, well he'll talk anyway, making sure he is well above the normal range of decibals so you have to listen.
Tonight we went out for sno cones and as we were enjoying our tasty treats Christopher noticed some african americans walking by us when he so politely yelled out, "Why are they dark?" Brian and I slowly buried our heads down and shoved ice in our mouths while they walked by and I mumbled to Christopher something to the effect of,"Well God makes us all different colors." Christopher is always in his own little world and depending on where Brian and I are on the spectrum of patience it can make us want to pull our hair out or it can make us awe in wonder of this little boy God created.

First Day of School!
Today is the first day of school and the boys are both going to Coram Deo Academy this year. Caleb is in Kindergarten and Christopher is in Pre-K. It is a half private half homeschool program so the boys go to school Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30-3:00 and then we do work at home Mondays and Wednesdays. Caleb also goes on Friday for science and art electives. Other then watching the first episode of Star Wars I haven't seen Caleb this excited.:o)
Christopher has the teacher Caleb had last year and I have warned her that they are complete opposites and Christopher will talk her ear off and will try to be the class clown...This will be an interesting year:o)

What's new with Caitlin
Some of Caleb's firsts....
Here we go again....
Well the last blog site gave me lots of trouble so I am going to try this new site to see if it works better. (Also, our computer fried about a month ago so I haven't been able to post anything for awhile so I figured it's a good time to try something better.)
